Erie County Voter Guide

See your ballot, filled in. We publish a fresh guide before every primary and general election so Erie County Republicans never walk into the booth uninformed.

The next guide isn't posted yet

There's no active voter guide right now. The County releases blank ballots about a month before each election, and we fill them in within days. Check back here as the next election approaches — or, better yet, let us tell you the moment it goes live.

When the guide is published

We post a new guide every yearat least one month before the May primary election and at least one month before the November general election. That gives you plenty of time to study your ballot, request a mail ballot, or make a plan to vote.

What's in every guide

Every edition features filled-in copies of all 149 Erie County ballots — one for every precinct — with our recommendations on every race already marked for you. Find your precinct, pull up your ballot, and you'll see exactly how the Erie County Republican Committee suggests voting, top to bottom.

Why odd years matter most

The guide that makes "non-partisan" races make sense

In odd-numbered years, school director and magisterial judge races appear on the ballot without party labels printed next to the names. That's exactly when the guide becomes essential reading. For these elections it provides:

  • A comprehensive identification of every registered Republican running, so you know who shares your values before you vote.
  • Facebook Live candidate forums for hotly contested races, with the archived recordings linked right in the guide so you can hear the candidates in their own words anytime.
